    Actually, I did master Toga Rock I, but only after the original mastering sold about 50,000 units.

    I went back and used stereo versions where monos were used in the earlier version. If you have "I Fought The Law" and "Twist And Shout" in stereo, it's the one I did. :p

    Mark, those were all made from analog tape copies supplied by various record companies and private folk. I had no problem convincing all to resubmit their tapes to us for the stereo upgrade. Toga Rock is the biggest selling DCC disc of all time.....

    Metallica and Metallicb. Along with Queensrÿche's "Empire", those are the only DCC titles I own, but the Metallicas seem to benefit more from Steve's magic touch.

    I'm kicking myself for missing "Aqualung" when it was still available.

    Elton, I'm glad you finally found the Ray Charles & Betty Carter Gold CD. I know you have been looking at it for a long time. I haven't seen a copy since we spoke about it way back when!

    Wow, great thread. I have about half of the stuff mentioned, and plan to order most of the rest.

    I guess I get to vote again. I've had Court And Spark for a few days now and am completely blown away. Joni's voice is exquisite, and the piano in Court And Spark is just fantastic. I like it.

    Could I interest anyone in a pair of zircon encrusted tweezers?

    P.S. Thanks for the info Larry. I just ordered a copy of Surf Legends. Here in Volcania, we surf!

    An oldy but a goody, eh, alexpop? Since I didn't appear to respond 13 years ago, I'll go with McCARTNEY and COSMO'S FACTORY on gold disc, and ELVIS 24 KARAT HITS and HOTEL CALIFORNIA on vinyl. Steve Hoffman, I suppose it's not really up to you, but I wish Audio Fidelity had a better vinyl to digital ratio.

    From the outstanding sound to the lavish artwork, this may be the best reissue ever.

    Easy for me since I only have two DCC CD's, due to being late to the audiophile world.

    Eagles - Their Greatest Hits 71-75
    Elton John - Greatest Hits

    Both bought used a couple of year's back for around 50 USD, and both very much worth the price.

    Regarding the "following" AF Gold discs/SACDs I have bought all, for me interesting titles, at release - guess i have around 20 of them.
