Thanks for the heads up. I'm normally a physical media type of guy, but this was too good a bargain to pass up.

I downloaded the FLAC file for the Kinks in the ZIP format and I can't get it to extract - customer service has been less than helpful and looking around their forum I see others have had similar problems - any body out here figure this out ??

From today's Van Morrison reissues, St. Dominic's Preview and A Period of Transition are both $7.99 on Pono for 16/44 files. Hard Nose the Highway is a little worse priced at $9.99. I didn't check all of the albums, so there may be some more good deals.

I'm waiting for an answer from their support, too. I dread the task of downloading 100+ tracks individually as an alternative.

my alternative might be to cancel the transaction...

Have you tried redownloading it, perhaps on a different computer or with a different web browser? I believe your purchase history is there to be redownloaded at any time.

Thanks for the heads up. Dynamic Range is no big deal for this kind of thing, as all of my Google Play Music tracks are played pretty much exclusively on crummy computer stereo or bluetooth speakers.

three other times with different browsers - still no luck and no contact from them..

  19. For some reason my Mac at work (an old Mac Mini) wouldn't unzip the download file, but my Windows unzipped it with no problem. Just in case this happens to someone else.

I received this response which was no help:

We are aware of a problem that is affecting larger zip folders and we are working on a long term solution,

For the moment however, we advise customers to simply download the tracks individually.

Alternatively you are also able to use an external file manager. Please see our advice on the page below:

    https://www.7digital.com/help/downloading

Looks like I'll be downloading 140 files individually. :shake:

So weird. I purchased that 140 track download (in flac) and had no problems extracting it.

Google Play Store has Playlist: The Very Best Of Billie Holiday (MP3 Digital Album Download) forFree.

Hopefully link works, on my phone it automatically opens Play Store app.
