Streaming's Ad Boom: Will the Millions Spent By Apple, Spotify, Pandora and YouTube Help Decide Who's No. 1? »
anyone using their new "offline" options? I tried it today was rather underwhelmed by how they set this up to work. only my four most listened to stations downloaded to my phone, but I would never listen to three of them in my car or exercising, these are background music stations for me, when I am mobile I'm more focused on what I want to listen to but Pandora thinks I want to take what I've most listened to at home on the road, with no choice on my part....also its going to re-cache weekly? but I listened to the whole station today on my drive and songs started to repeat, I don't see a way to update this and they are only going to update it weekly...seems like epic fail to me in streaming war they are currently involved in.
Has anyone received an invite to Pandora Premium yet? I'm a Plus subscriber but haven't received one.
Wow, I had no idea Pandora went the music-on-demand route finally. Also didn't realize it was in so few countries (and is now just in the US). I don't really hear people talk about it much anymore, and with such a tumultuous year on its tail, I doubt it'll be around much longer.
