I considered that. The 1977 release in the UK was part of the EMTV series, a television-promoted series of LPs by EMI. If it had been a regular Parlophone issue, it would have been PCS-series.
NEW Hollywood Bowl LP is here! and on ruby red vinyl!!! No, sorry, just dreaming. I assume the label we'll get is the same as the CD; all blue to match the travesty that is that cover.
These are absolutely brilliant! I sort of wonder if anyone here would be able to make a cover for a complete BBC Boxset? (or at least additional volumes in the series)
Any Chance you guys might do artwork for Dylan's The cutting edge box? All I can find is artwork for "The Best of the Cutting Edge". Thanks if possible!
I did a bunch. I need to create one of them fancy schmancy photo accounts to link them hear. AFAIK, I can't just upload them to this thread.
Thanks, Glenn -- just discovered the thread today! I still have to figure out how to post pictures in the forum's new(ish) format, but I'll try to dig up some of my oldies....
Alternate universe time! What if George Martin INSISTED that 'How Do You Do It?' would be the A-side of their first single, as he had planned? They did record a lackluster version, as heard on Anthology. But they talked GM out of it and released 'Love Me Do' instead. Here's my vision of what the debut single could have looked like with Love Me Do as the B-side.
