    Killer Queen - Queen

Freddie sings "She keeps..." before you hear an instrument

Edit: technically, I'm wrong; I forgot about the finger-snapping

Interpreting the topic to be vocal lead in, not simultaneous drums/instruments:

    Extreme - Color Me Blind
    Extreme - Peacemaker Die

Tennessee Ernie Ford ( A TEF Chrismas Special album version) - The Virgin's Slumber Song

Chicago - The American Dream although with drums only near simultaneously.

    One Week - Barenaked Ladies

Crimson and Clover - Tommy James and the Shondels

Not sure about Aerosmith - Dude (looks like a lady) with the electronic accent lead in which is clearly OF vocals, and at least the album track "Falling In Love (Is Hard on the Knees)" has some lead in sounds but on the radio it always lead off vocally.

Jefferson Airplane - Somebody to Love

Bon Jovi - You give Love a Bad Name

ABBA - Take a Chance on Me

Technically Bobby McFerrin - Don't Worry be Happy, since it's all him, no instruments

C&C Music Factory - Gonna Make You Sweat

Def Leppard - Pour Some Sugar on Me

Wow, never realized just how many songs start this way. That's enough for now.

Somebody to Love does have that tiny little "Can" from Freddie at the beginning.

    Yes, it was mentioned.

But let's include the even better original by Bessie Banks, which also qualifies:

The first few lines of Uriah Heep's "Why Did You Go" from the "Return To Fantasy" album is acapella....with the beautiful voice of David Byron.
