    Let's get a checklist going with recommendations for live albums that were recorded and released in the 1970's. Sure, there may be some overlap at the beginning and end of the decade, but that's alright. My list will be mostly rock-centric, but the list needs the input from those of you that had/have other tastes regarding the decade. So here is a starting list in no particular order. Critique what is listed and recommend things you don't see.

    Part of the idea behind this list was Slade's 1972 Alive album. I was just amazed at how much it rocked and how I knew nothing about it.

    King Crimson - The Great Deceiver, 4 CD set originally issued in early 90s. The 73-74 quartet.
    Also The Night Watch, 2 CD set from a Nov '73 show in Amsterdam.

    It don't get no better than these, people!
