    @IR Shane

    Any updates in regards to more Joe Jackson releases? I listened again to the 3 IR releases and they never cease to amaze - just fantastic.

    If I could like this comment a thousand times, I would.

    In other news, about a week to go until The Flying Burrito Brothers The Gilded Palace Of Sin lands on my turntable! I absolutely can't wait to hear this one!

    What the heck. I'm a ways away from an official announcement, but I have cut Joe's Summer in the City Live in New York to double LPs and will have that released in summer or early fall at the latest. It's FANTASTIC!

    Everyone so far who's heard our Gilded Palace is floored at the improvements over the original!

    Very cool! Being released in 2000, it's never been on vinyl, according to Discogs.

    Another suggestion for you @IR Shane:

    Peter Tosh & Friends/Eric Gale - Negril (1975)
    Negril - Negril

    One of my all-time favorite reggae records. Never issued in the States, originals costly. A very unique (instrumental) reggae record.

    I'd love to see this on vinyl too. Sales of Ferguslie Park are not being given any help by Amazon. It's still priced between $53 and $76 on Amazon.ca and doesn't even appear on Amazon.uk. I eventually bought it off Amazon.ca a few months ago when it dropped, briefly, to $50 but that was still a lot for a single album. It's not going to sell better until it's priced better!

  11. Just ordered my Flying Burrito Brothers. Will report back but I'm certain it will sound awesome!

    When's the release date? It got a nice write up in this month's Stereophile.

  13. I believe the release date was listed as 21 Apr. but a few of the online vendors already have it in stock. I have not seen the Stereophile write up, good review?

    This is up there with Look Sharp in terms of degree of improvement over original- you'll be thrilled!

    Hey everyone- if any of you are headed to Chicago for the Axpona show, stop by Marketplace 311! I'll have a booth and my Sr VP of Sales (oldest son, Keir) will be there and you can get Flying Burrito Bros directly from the source! Would love to meet any and all of you in person!

    When will Amazon have it, so I can order it at the "right" price and have it get to me with Prime shipping?
