Some cheap vinyl from importscds listed on ebay

Is the Tres Hombres that is currently available the well-regarded KG/SH remastering that has been re- reissued once or twice?

 

I do not know. I was trying to figure that out this morning and then decided to slip an order in and worry about it later.

 

How do I find out about this outside of watching this thread ?
Is it available US only ?
I use Importcds on ebay and direct net site. It might be useful if I could save some by combining my order instead of dribbling them in when the cashflow allows.

 

the upc matches discogs, but the description says rhino records release 2007 which i cant even find on discogs (not uncommon with importcd's descriptions)

if it is the SH mastered one then i'll be in at regular price on that one.

What's up with the Varese Sarabande The Zombies Greatest Hits ?
Discogs contributor has the 2017 RSD as it's release date, but a search of the forum shows it was a 2014 release ?
Is that why I can't really find comments on it here ?

Import CDs has it for like $19., free shipping, so I'm curious. All I have is Steve's SACD. This apparently has more mono on it, which attracts me.

I purchased the vinyl on RSD. The mono sound is quite good, but there noise
(crackle? non fill?)between tracks that isn't getting better with cleaning. I think
it was just cheaply done on a manufacturing level. Overall, it's ok for under 20 bucks.

 

definitely 2014. and there was a stereo and mono release iirc.

 

They were selling this on their latest tour (the one they're still on I think). I bought it signed a few weeks ago. Anyways, the sound is good. Andrew Sandoval had a hand in putting it together. It has a little noise like someone else mentioned. It recently came into my store as a new release last week so I too was wondering what was up with it. Maybe it just got a repress.
