    I kind of liked the old Van Halen commercial for 1984. "Even George Orwell couldn't predict an album like this!" or words to that affect while Jump was playing. 1984 the album and 1984 the book were both HUGE in 1984.

    Another cool one I saw once was a record store display for Paul Westerberg's Suicane Gratifaction LP. It was a near life-size display that included this photo from the album:

    I was in a hurry and didn't take time to see if I could snag it. Went back later and it was already given away to someone else.
