    They don't make 'em like that anymore. I'd never heard of that album so I looked it up. I quote Wikipedia: The record sleeve displays a sexy woman in wet panties and high heels, in a photographic style that was en vogue at the time of the recording.

    Mary Had A Little Lamb. The fact that they ran an ad for it makes me feel the record wasn't just a knee-jerk reaction to the censorship of the 'Irish' single.

    There was an ad for The Ramones Leave Home that was mostly made up of reviews for the first album, many of them negative, and the negative ones made me want the album even more. It was an ad that actually worked on me.

  22. I liked this Atlantic U.S. ad so much, back in the day, that I clipped it out of an issue of Billlboard magazine, at the radio station I was working at. I still have it. It's advertising Peter Gabriel's 2nd album, aka Scratch.
