I'm going to deliberately perform a slow clap at the end of the movie just to take the p*ss! :p

He only got the one box of Trix, and that was 40 years ago.

Actually, he's been mudering children for their Trix. He's become a cereal killer.

  4. I hadn't seen it. I didn't think it was that bad. Too much exposition towards the middle but, all in all, an okay popcorn flick.

Was it cheesy? Sure. Hey it looked good.

I just watched half of this and didn’t bother to finish it. Horrible.

The Hammer version excepted of course. I love that one.

Don't all the "monster cereals" come back every year around Halloween? I didn't realize the mummy cereal had not been available.

No, the similarly flavored (tutti-fruity?) Yummy Mummy and Fruit Brute hadn't been around for years. They were never as popular as Boo-berry, Franken-berry or Count Chocula.

Just saw this on HBO. Terrible. Wonder Woman wasn't that great of a movie either but as this one's direct competition, WW smoked it.

As soon as you saw the CGI you knew it was going to be crap.

Despite looking forward to it, I really didn't enjoy it at all. Tom Cruise should know better!
Still, I suppose it was something to do while I ate my popcorn...

I didn't mind it.....yeah, it's no blockbuster film or anything, but it was an OK watch for me.
I like me any kind of mummy films.......

What makes it especially disappointing to me was the fact that it had potential, what with the secret monster fighting force led by Crowe's Dr. Jekyl and all. They just ruined that. At least the underwater chase scene with the undead was done well. The direction in the story was chosen poorly and the rest of the movie suffered because of that.

It was Tom himself(or his team) who ruined the movie. Read the thread for for more info.

Fell asleep. Didn't care to revisit it once I woke up. What I recall is totally unimpressive.
