Not many new releases on these lists, why is that? For me:

Moonchild - Voyager (3rd LP from neo-soul/jazz trio from CA. Not digging it as much as their last album but I need to listen more)
Life's Blood - Hardcore AD 1988 (Compilation of all material released by this short lived NY hardcore band. Been waiting a long time for this one)
Hardware - Burning In The Sun (Debut from a furious hardcore band from Rhode Island. Powerful stuff)
Thundercat - Drunk (4th record by the bassist known for work with Kendrick Lamar, Kamasi Washington and others. Eclectic and enjoyable but the 4x10" format is a PITA)
Sonic Youth - Dirty (4LP box that adds loads of demos and outtakes from the LP sessions. Not all essential but the used price was right)

    Meat Puppets - II
    essential, finally bought on vinyl

heavy metal? provocateur's new album. heavy doses of atmospheric kraut-rock in the mix too

  9. I'm not sure the last five, too many banged up $2 Goodwill records not worth mentioning.
But I can tell you the last five that I have ordered new from Amazon.ca:

    1) 'Appetite For Destruction' by GUNS 'N ROSES (still waiting for it)
    2) 'Tomb Of The Mutilated' by CANNIBAL CORPSE (huge poster included)
    3) 'Kind Of Blue' by MILES DAVIS
    4) 'Master Of Reality' by BLACK SABBATH (opaque green vinyl)
    5) 'Resurrection' by COMMON (with error- has 2 B-Side labels)

Currently I am struggling to decide between these three albums for my next Amazon purchase:

    1) Violent Femmes by VIOLENT FEMMES
    2) Bizarre Ride II THE PHARCYDE
    3) Damned Damned Damned by THE DAMNED

All on the same afternoon, last Saturday... came to under a tenner. Obviously all used discs, for that. :)

Bonzo Dog Doo/Dah Band* - Gorilla (Almost trashed but plays through bar 2 or 3 skips and has the booklet! Only cost £1.)
Jake Thackray - Live Performance (Plays MILES better than the reissue I already had.)
Various - Pye Records Presents Ten Years Of Golden Hits (Cool all-mono 1969 2LP comp. Kinks etc.)
Glen Campbell - Basic (Very good album - easily a worthy addition to the collection.)
The Hollies - What Goes Around... (Not essential but interesting and quite enjoyable.)
