Going to hear them tonight with Tears for Fears. I'm guessing I'll hear many of these. I chose Sara Smile, One on One, and Kiss on My List.

Originally had She's Gone, Rich Girl, and One on One, then switched the latter for Sara Smile.

    Went with these 3 gems.

    1. Out Of Touch
    2. Private Eyes
    3. Maneater

Not only 3 of their best songs, but 3 of the best songs of the 80's. Like them in that order.

"One on One" and "I Can't Go for That".

Simply gorgeous tunes. Daryl Hall has (had) one of the great soul voices of all time.

Yep. I've never seen either act live before. I had tickets to see Tears for Fears in '89 or '90 but my car broke down.

The pipes the man has were/are so underrated. He's also great at improv.

There are 6-7 on that list that I find brilliant pop songs. Choosing three of those is tough because they're all kinda on the same level for me.

Yup. I saw Hall and Oates in 1996 at a Denver country western bar of all places. It was a phenomenal show . Maybe 300 people total in the place. It was very fun to watch the regulars try to line dance to H&O's hits.

Daryl still had his original pipes and he sounded fantastic.

I've been watching the Out Of Touch video so much lately. It had to have been 'too 80's' even in the 80's. They obviously had a lot of money to use on the video.

    12 to be precise.

I saw them in May with Tears for Fears and was lucky to get 13 but one of my 3 is now gone from the setlist:

    She's Gone
    Rich Girl
    Did It In A Minute

I love how KRS-One says "you're out of touch I'm out of time, here's another rhyme" on The Style You Haven't Done Yet.
