My favourite Corrs album is In Blue. Talk On Corners was huge here and massively overplayed.

White Light was so-s0. Don't think I'll bother with this one.

I got all their albums. Talk On Corners is brilliant. One of my favorite albums.

A pretty low key opener but I like it. Seem to be heading back towards what made them great in the first place. Less pop in better words!

Love the Corrs. This is a bit of a 'throwback' is style...and I like it.

The "unplugged" album is my favorite, just goes to show how talented the band is without all the studio polish.

It's totally fair. It definitely implies they're going to make something different than White Light.

Got this and to be honest I'm not that impressed. Very very slow paced...it takes til track 9 before they even get out of first gear. The beauty of the band early on was the combination of celtic influences blended with pop but this just seems to be bogged down in ballads...where are the uplifing songs that made them so great?

I really like this -- even if it's not quite as "pop" as their big albums (which I loved).

I just heard the album for the first time and I 100% agree with this. It's very slow paced. And where's the violin and drums? I prefer the more upbeat and pop 'White Light' to this album.

On a positive note, on the few tracks that do have drums, I think the drum sound is a very accurate representation of the drum sound you hear in live rock gigs today, where all the instruments are cranked to the max.

This is my favourite song from the album so far, and the kick drum and snare sound very realistic.

To be honest I haven't gone back to the album and doubt I will...it bored me to tears!!

    Gonna pass.

Didn't care for T Bone and Diana Krall - Glad Rag Doll and this one is about the same for me.

    Slight correction to my post:

After listening to the album a few more times, most tracks do in fact have drums. The drums only start halfway into the song though. Most songs have a slow and quiet beginning, e.g. vocals and acoustic guitar.

Now, I think it's the sparse instrumentation which makes the album boring, not the pace. Their 'Home' album was also slow paced, but wasn't as boring because of the production and richer instrumentation, such as using an orchestra.
