I keep impressing myself (and others), every time that I spin my promo Quiex II pressing of Dire Straits "Brothers In Arms". It may not be the BEST, but is still knocks me out!

LOL...you're kidding, right..?? But when you say in production now, you're not counting, say, mofi pressings from the past? I'm not sure I understand.

If we're talking about rock & roll, then I'd nominate Boston "double Wally".

you really need to rethink your OP then. "ever" is not "pressings in production now".

"Still in production now" limits us to new pressings. Why not just say "Best new pressings?"

I have no idea but the remastered Beatles Revolver on Mono sounds awesome and the Neil Young Decade remaster that I got on the last record store day sounds amazing as well.

    Makes sense to me?

Simply put, what is the best LP pressing still in production now and not deleted or limited and out of print.

I see the heads above parapet snipers are fully active here.

Acony is putting out some nice vinyl. The Harrow And The Harvest is the best sounding record I have bought this year, except for possibly the Miles Davis MFSL 45 x2's I picked up.

How does the new Decade sound compared to the original from the 70's?

Sounds much better to me, however the original I have is not in the best condition either.

One particular song that jumped out at me on the remaster was Expecting To Fly. Sounded incredible.
