I don’t know why we are seeing different prices unless it’s my Irish ISP, but the "White album" is currently 36GBP and the Red and the Blue have fluctuated today between 30 and 34GBP. Most of the single LPs are over 3-4 pounds dearer than the DeAgostini pressings.

I was looking at Amazon US for white album in error. At $22 it is worth ordering including import costs! The UK at £36 is Assai fulfilled by Amazon but from Assai direct it is £30! Most single albums are £20. Depends how long you want to wait and reliability of service. The wait for De Agostini product to arrive can be frustrating.

Usually the price will increase if the supply is low - that's my experience anyway. Most bricks and mortar stores i visit do not have the Anthologies in stock anymore. Remember these are still the original mastering runs and the demand for these are less than the core albums. These also use a different mastering to the the diagostini editions. I wouldn't be surprised if the Anthologies get a reissue in the future - perhaps to tie in the documentary series onto bluray?

    Thanks all for the replies.

I contacted DeAgostoni to see if I could subscribe at this late stage and receive all the albums in as new/pristine condition and was told I could.

Not sure I believe them though!

Why subscribe when you can just buy at your leisure from their online shop?

Still waiting for mine - being redelivered later this week as i wasn’t exiting it to arrive last week.

We should have had the USB power bank by now. Wonder when that will arrived would have actually found that useful.

My local store posted online earlier in the year that there had been a substantial increase in the wholesale price of the Stereo albums and that they would have to increase the price of new stock by around $7 per album.

Let It Be - fantastic, quiet pressing, sounding great. Now I have all the studio albums I was thinking of stopping.. not bothered about "1", but Past Masters is another matter.

It could be the case that the labels want more money than before for the albums. IMO they should have a flat rate for single LPs, 2LPs, singles etc.

For some strange reason I thought it was LIBN that was coming out. Hence my earlier question about a re-cut. This is one release that I will pass on having come to prefer LIBN over the original.
