that sale was frustrating that a bunch I wanted sold by amazon wasn't part of the sale. For example Bags & Trane mono wasn't part of the sale but Giant Steps mono was. I mean, I bought em both anyway, but was hoping Bags and Trane would be on sale!
I tried to get half price on some more expensive titles like the 2 Disc "Get Happy" and also "Painted From Memory" and a limited release of "Central Reservation" but no dice! Ended up with 4 titles I wanted though with 2 of them already on my list. A fun and enjoyable time was had. I stayed out of the Jazz section, always a good thing for my bank account.

For those who missed out on the Grateful Dead Cornell 77 5lp vinyl set, there's one on Amazon Marketplace "used like new sealed" for about $125 shipped. I'm guessing the box is damaged or some such issue. But the price is right since this one is going for over $200 most places now.
