My favourite psychedelic album on Capitol.
Still sounds fresher than Sgt. Pepper and
    spacier than Quicksilver stretching out.

The insane alternate (original?) lyrics/stereo mix version of "Maltilda Mother" on the recent
65/67 box set is extraordinarily strange (and great).

I've got this but don't really remember it , but since I kept it I must have liked it - will dig it out and listen to it soon

It is a nice sounding album (a lot of money went into recording it...orchestral arrangements, expensive Nashville
session pickers etc.), but the best way to appreciate and understand its' psychedelic cohesion is to listen to it in
a (ahem) "refreshed" state as A.S. Owsley III would say.

strangely enough there was another US band called Euphoria releasing an album(which I also have) in 1969 , more soft rock , a bit like Association, but very good too

Just to be different, because all the others I thought of have been mentioned (love the two live Great Society LPs on Columbia)...

    Tomorrow (1968)

Also Traffic - Mr. Fantasy and CCR - Born On The Bayou, Green River and Cosmo's Factory are very trippy for me.

Many of my favorites have already been mentioned so I won't repeat and add one; Spirit S/T, their first album.

    A pretty great album...for a bunch of glue-sniffers.

Interesting but not psychedelic. Most 6os rock albums mentioned
here so far have not really been psychedelic, except for Piper and
the first Country Joe & The Fish. The Tomorrow LP is a personal
favourite...but both sides of their first 45 are their most psychedelic
excursions. "Claramount Lake" is especially wiggy in a Barrettesque way.

  16. Anything from The Beatles later era works for me to varying degrees (from "Rubber Soul" onward), but...this trio probably fits the bill here the best

    ~"Revolver"
~"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"
    ~"Magical Mystery Tour"

... with the most Honorable Mention from the list of the rest going to
    "The Beatles (The White Album)"

Anthem of the Sun was already mentioned, to me that's a more effective record but this one was done after they stopped trying to capture their live sound on a studio album and built all the tracks from the ground up.

While some tracks are improved on the 1971 remix, the basic scope of that project was to take out a lot of the weird stuff, so to appreciate its psychedelic properties, you have to find the original mix (only on vinyl, either prior to 71, or reissued in 2013.)

Didn't say it was (actually said it was more soft rock like the Association), only mentioned it because of the name of the band.
One album that most certainly should be mentioned is this
