I picked the 2009 stereo on the mono CD (confusing), but I still, to this day, can't get used to hearing the title track with out the "James Bond" intro.

The '09 remastered stereo version of the original mix which was included in the '09 mono CD.

    2009 stereo.

As I have said before - anyone who chooses any of the 1987 CD's as being the best versions needs to get their ears tested ASAP.

For me, the 2009 Stereo is the best. In terms of clarity, warmth and punch. The remastering team did a phenomenal job with this one.

Original stereo mix (on the 1987 Canadian or the 2009 mono box). The remix was unnecessary.

Listening to this version right now, which sounds very good, but what in the world happened to the actual Mono title track (track #1 on the mono CD) ? It sounds like it as taken from AM radio.
    Thanks.

The 2009 Stereo (original 1965 mix) is probably the best but I chose the 2009 Mono. Help, I’ve Just Seen a Face, Ticket to Ride, and Yesterday sound SO good in Mono.

(Technically the Best CD version is the 2009 Mono with the stereo bonus tracks but then it’d be a landslide)

Throw in the James Bond Theme too since I’m rewriting the rules.

That's always the way the mono mix has sounded.

The only thing different about it is that it has a different vocal take...but it's a very sloppy sounding mix mix.

I like both the original stereo and mono UK albums which I have. Re cd I voted for the 2009 mono although the original stereo on the same cd is great. (Wonderful to have them both together like that).
Re a post on another thread re Help the album sounding a bit muddy and possible reasons for this. Apparently SH has commented on this at some time but I could not find a thread about this. Actually putting Beatles and Help in the search facility led to an awful lot of threads to go through!
I have kept all my old 1987 Beatles cds but the Help one I have not played since 2009.

Picked the 2009 mono cd also including the 1965 stereo mix. Some songs like The Night Before are great in mono. Yesterday included. You’re Going To Lose That Girl is great in stereo.

Thanks. Just to confirm the Help cd issued in Canada is different ie it is the original stereo mix unlike the UK and presumably Europe Help cd from 1987.
