No matter what gets released, people will moan. I really, really, really, hope it's something that never escaped the vaults, that doesn't exist in audience land. And if it is something that circulates, it'll be more than likely that the boot source is either more complete, or even better sounding.

That wasn't really the point I wanted to make. If the reason that they have not so far been interviewed (or planned for)for an Anthology-type documentary because of a reluctance to talk about the mighty LZ years as opposed to whatever their current projects are, then they would be a shame, because it would be good of them to do so while 3/4 are still alive and lucid.

I'm not suggesting they tour or record again....I was replying to the proposition that the reason there is not a definitive documentary about the group so far is because Plant doesn't want to talk about LZ. Whether that is true or not or just conjecture, I do not know...

I'm guessing just Live stuff and that's cool with me.

The box sets were a disappointment, if he was going to release everything studio, they would've been there.

  7. If it is live sets I am hoping that it covers a lot of Physical Graffiti material with maybe some Presence and In Through The Out Door as well.Live versions of all the concert standards off the first 5 albums are already out there officially.

No one wants the first official release of Live Aid 1985 and Atlantic 1988?

I don't know about that. I find it odd that he didn't reference any (or many) multi-tracks for the bonus material. Instead he just used old rough mixes, some of them mono and chewed up. It makes me wonder if he has a thing against playing back multi-tracks.

No, I'd rather have one of the dry 1980 soundboards released. Those I would actually listen to more than once.

I didn't pay much for the remasters, and think they sound good. The bonus material is good also IMO, with Coda being essential. That said, I didn't expect much out of the bonus material. I think it's a mixed bag, Some really cool, some not very interesting.

I don't mind listening to the remasters, but generally go to the 80s cds.
I have the 2 cd sets with Coda being 3. PG too? Can't remember ..
I guess a person could be somewhat disappointed if they bought pricey packages,
Did I miss any material with my sets?

Only if they include the R&R HOF jam with Neil Young, and Plants guitar virtuosity.

Sorry, not me.Nothing past 1980 nor any kind of reunion.Live Led Zeppelin recordings are all I`m into.Still I`m wondering how much editing would need to be done.Plenty of cover songs are brilliant but like people have always said, things like Elvis,Rice Pudding,Fresh Garbage would probably not show up on any official Zeppelin.
I was just listening to the 6/21/77 LA Forum raw transfer.Whatever version what a great concert!
4/27/69 Fillmore NY 9/19/70 & Japan`71 still are my most played!

Let's have the (in)famous Led Zeppelin / Fairport Convention jams from the LA Troubadour (House Full live recording) that Peter Grant allegedly took the tapes for.

    Please...........

How about a Steven Wilson 5.1 mix of one or more of the LZ studio albums?

Maybe Zeppelin IV really was a Christmas album. The 70s were a strange time. Merry Christmas to those that celebrate the occasion.
