That's pretty good. Deep Chicken flows nicely off the tongue too. Actually Deep Chicken could be the album title.

It's a good thing..... Glenn Hughes must not sing on this record.

Glenn Hughes is like the Michael Caine of rock music...he's in everything!

  12. This could be interesting.

  13. Will all tracks be instrumentals, or might there be one or two tracks with vocals?

  14. Wow, love the title track. Nice production as well, vinyl will hopefully have a dedicated mastering like the last time.

It‘s the best Satriani album since Strange Beautiful Music. All instrumentals....... an 8/10 record.

Have it on preorder. Huge fan of Satch as it is, and Glenn as well.

I'm hoping it is a departure for Satch as a "solo" record and does feature Glenn singing though.

Just ordered my vinyl copy from my local shop for $22.99, not bad...have not heard anything (want to hear it pure), except for reading early reviews. Glad it's instrumental, really like Glenn's voice, but prefer his style of singing on Medusa the best, which he has not done in a while.

The reviews make this sound like this is one of his best yet, that's why I grabbed the vinyl version...can't wait! Firing up Flying In A Blue Dream and the Extemist today, with others to follow all week.

    That sounds awesome!

Unfortunately, the vinyl release is running a few days late in a lot of places and I will not get mine until next week some time. Can't wait to hear it even more after your comments! Also noticed there is a Blu-spec version coming on 1/19...I will stick with my $22 vinyl copy, not a $35 plus CD version, but that CD could still sound pretty sweet!
