Pseudo Echo "Autumnal Park" was a very important album to me. That and "Tyranny" by The Stabilizers along with "So Red The Rose" by Arcadia are the only 3 perfect new wave/synthpop albums from beginning to end. I have everything the Pseuds have released on cd (only excluding the Oz release of Love An Adventure) huge fan.
I loved "Shine" by Kids In The Kitchen but the cd release is too expensive to replace my US cassette.

I like Paul Colman Trio and Newsboys a lot too.

Of course Rick Springfield, Icehouse, and Crowded House are faves.

I also loved the stuff Stephen Mallinder of Cabaret Voltaire was releasing when he lived in Perth. (If that counts)

Kids in the Kitchen have reissued Shine. They're the 'cheap' copies on eBay.

I still never see them under $40+. If that is the 'cheap' copy, I am screwed. :)

I've got a pressed in Japan CD of Shine somewhere, didn't know that it has been reissued.

Similar situation with Machinations CDs ... rare as hen's teeth, then there's a quick remaster that seems to be no longer available again.

If only the early Spy Vs Spy CDs would be reissued. And I don't think Matt Finish's second album Word Of Mouth has ever been issued on CD (although first album Short Note is still available for cheap on CD).

Just a week ago I found an early Mushroom cd of Paul Kelly's Gossip (at an estate sale, of all places), so it is possible to find them in the wild here occasionally.

Rick Springfield. How did I forget him.? Doh! One of my favourites.

His last two albums. Rocket Science and this year's The Snake King are as good as anything he's ever recorded!

same in Europe , there used to be some good distribution in the 90 's and up to mid 00's i guess but it has dried out , even majorlabel artist .
Trying to find the new releases from You Am I , Tex Perkins , Paul Kelly or Ed Kuepper is impossible .
    mailorder only

Another problem you have is that CD prices in Australia are high. And then you add the shipping.
