‘Last Man Standing’ Resurrected At Fox For Season 7 With Original Cast Led By Tim Allen

 

Well, one only out of the three daughters returning isn't good. And Amanda Fuller wasn't even an original -- she was the 2nd Kristen! But I'd definitely give it a look-in.

 

Now all the crybabies can get their "toy" back! I only started watching the show for Molly Ephraim but I eventually genuinely enjoyed it. Tim and Kaitlyn Dever had great comic chemistry together. It would be a shame if Ephraim and Dever didn't come back, I probably wouldn't bother watching.

 

My prediction is that the show will bomb on Fox (whose audience doesn't go for this kind of show) and it will be a one (season) and done show there.

 

They cancel "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," and revive this?

 

Is it for sure that Ephraim and Dever won’t be returning, or just speculation because they’re not mentioned in the article?

Two out of the three comedies Fox cancelled (Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Mick) I actually watch, so I was sorry to see them go, supposedly to make room for football. But, I am happy to see LMS back. I can just imagine the deal Tim Allen got. I think that will be the only multicam comedy on Fox, unless someone can prove me wrong?

Honestly, since the woman who played Mandy (Molly Ephraim) is not returning there's a good chance I will not be either.

She is a dream.

 

I might bail too without Ephraim and Kaitlyn Dever. Cool to see her doing comedy after watching her as Loretta McCready on Justified.
Maybe not a "Bryan Cranston" stretch there...but pretty darn versatile.

 

I enjoyed the first season the best, before they fired the oldest daughter (although the replacement is nice and voluptuous), and turned the show into a poor man's All in the Family.

So the only actors who are out for sure are Molly Ephraim and the kid who plays the grandson, Boyd. Kaitlyn Dever may return in a recurring role.

Well, at least Molly McCook looks a little more like Molly Ephraim than Amanda Fuller looks like the original oldest daughter. Plus they have the same first name...

 

What the what?!! This is an outrage! I guarantee they joke about this on the show.
