I never received an email from them after my order. I'm guessing they got swamped... I had never ordered from them before.

I didn't receive any info either so I e-mailed them earlier this week about the status of my order. They were waiting on a backorder for the "Aimer et Perdre : To Love & To Lose Songs, 1917-1934" CD and were then expecting to ship my order out early next week. Customer service was great as I received responses to my e-mail within 15 minutes of my inquiry!

Good to know! I just realized I’d heard nothing also. Thanks for checking in with them and letting us know. I’ll sit tight for now-I too included “Aimer...” in my order. A great deal and worth the wait.

I should've ordered as soon as I got the email from them, but got distracted with other things for several days. I finally ordered:

When I Reach That Heavenly Shore : Unearthly Black Gospel, 1926-1936
Aimer Et Perdre : To Love & To Lose - Songs, 1917-1934
I'm Going Down to North Carolina : The Complete Recordings of The Red Fox Chasers (1928-1931)

but I got an email from them this morning informing me that When I Reach That Heavenly Shore was sold out. I considered substituting the Charlie Louvin disc for it but ultimately decided to opt for a refund instead. Guess they've restocked Aimer Et Perdre as they didn't say anything about that one still being backordered.

I would've ordered People Take Warning, but I already had the original release of that one (rectangular hardcover book that also contains the CDs, as opposed to the digipack reissue).

I think mine is on the way? What address did yours ship from? I have two shipments coming from California. One is Sierra Records and the other is??? That moment when you lose track of music orders.
