It's already been established that this album has never been released on colored vinyl. It was a wrong description on Amazon.
Ha...I remember you had told me that right after I bought a DCC on this forum (typical of my luck...lol) but I think I snagged it for $50 so I'm happy. I second Strat's recommendation...it sounds incredible and if it's just standard price anyone that likes the album, I mean, how can you not if you are a fan of Van Halen, it's a must buy!! I have never heard a previous version, believe it or not (I just became a fan farely recently and it was great "discovering" them) I know there is no way the standard issue sounds like this. I have been happy with all the Van Halen reissues on vinyl so far, and I have just about all the albums. I don't like all the albums mind you (I agree with those that say they kinda went down hill slowly but surely after the debut, which is pretty common) but they do all sound good.

The Gwen Stefani is absolutely excellent guys. The first new Christmas record in years that is fantastic and good enough to play off season. And I paid a whole lot more than that for it!
According to Discogs, this is SUPPOSEDLY what the vinyl looks like for the US V-12 2011 Robin Trower release as this one is listed above on Amazon: Heh... for $10.xx I'd 'shag' it for the vinyl alone BUT... as many here keep saying... How often is the listing on Amazon actually accurate...?
T-Bone Walker : LP T-bone Blues $9.99 https://www.amazon.com/T-bone-Blues...keywords=vinyl+records+under+15+dollars+prime Bob Seger : LP Ramblin Gamblin Man $13.36 https://www.amazon.com/Ramblin-Gamb...keywords=vinyl+records+under+15+dollars+prime Blake Shelton : LP Cheers, It's Christmas $9.58 https://www.amazon.com/Cheers-Chris...keywords=vinyl+records+under+15+dollars+prime Ringo Starr : LP Stop and Smell the Roses $12.99 https://www.amazon.com/Stop-Smell-R...keywords=vinyl+records+under+15+dollars+prime
Not sure if this is old news or whatever, but it seemed like a good deal to me for a blu-ray with a ton of audio content: Yes, "The Yes Album", CD+Blu-ray Audio $12.92 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IS3E30Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's usually accurate in the sense that they have the year and record company correct in most circumstances. There was only one release in 2011 and it was indeed from that record company. My main issue with it is how this record company solely publishes Robin Trower records and I have no idea whatsoever on their quality level. Personally, I don't care what the vinyl looks like and ultimately exclusively care about sound quality. I know it isn't much money but I'd still prefer to read some feedback before spending any on what easily could be noisy or inferior-sounding albums.
All those Yes CD+Blu-Ray sets are worth having, and, yes (no pun intended), they are loaded with content!

I wonder how that Al Green is? I had to repeatedlly ship back his hits album reissued a few months ago and finally gave up...terrible pressings. Thanks to everyone that takes the time to post these deals!! I don't really know how to find them otherwise.
It's the 2009 pressing. Since they don't advertise it as being 180g, it's probably this one. Al Green - Let's Stay Together
I'm always suspicious of the quality of anything that has a "We're Trying Our Best" sticker on the front, but I have the Greatest Hits pressing like this and pressing and sound quality are both pretty good, no complaints.
I think the folks at Fat Possum are pretty righteous, but their Memphis Record Pressing plant isn't at the level of an RTI or QRP.
Jerry Garcia & Merle Sanders - Keystone Companions. (6 LP) $75.64 Usually retails for around $150 https://www.amazon.com/Keystone-Com..._0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1527082122&sr=8-1-fkmr0
This has been out of stock for ages. It may be coming back because Amazon just asked me recently if I still wanted it. I said yes of course!
RE: Hendrix Plays Berkeley I got duplicates of this + 2 other Hendrix titles for no charge, at Bull Moose March, 2017. $17.97 then. Sent the dupes back, and now, a little over a year later, it says " Out Of Stock item. We will try to get it for you. " Plentiful then, rare now. What a hobby I chose 54 years ago.
