Since I just did a thread search for Import CDs, and got 35 hits, I know this won't be considered a threadcrap, but rather a sharing of good knowledge.
I just took advantage of that Import CDs deal on eBay, where you can get qualifying albums for either 15%, or 20% off.
    I cleaned up !!!!!

Eric Clapton - I Still Do [New Vinyl] 45 Rpm, 180 Gram, Digital Download | eBay

Roy Orbison - Crying [New Vinyl LP] 45 Rpm, 200 Gram | eBay

Pink Floyd - Pulse (Live) [Vinyl New] 888751843318 | eBay

    15% off = $134.00 < 5% back from Visa > $6.70 = $127.30 divided by 8 records = $15.91 each

    All Bernie Grundman !!!!!

    That Cohen deal is bonkers. 11 studio albums for $21.40 - $1.40 = $20!

For real... this like most columbia "complete studio album collections" doesn't feature the bonus tracks that are on the stand-alone Cd releases.

To be clear not all of the albums in the box had bonus tracks on the earlier issues. This set is great for those that missed the earlier box with live CD's

songs of love and hate features a bonus track *Dress Rehearsal Bag missing on the box... not sure if any others do... I just remember almost ditching this disc before realizing it. So thought I'd share.

and i agree its still a great deal, but the Columbia boxes w/ missing bonus tracks piss me off. No bigger offender than the Cash box IMO. I bought this box to be definitive and it doesn't even have the expanded editions of San Quentin/Folsom that as a 30-something is the way I've always known those famous albums.

  14. The idea is that the complete album boxes only reproduce the album as they were first released. The only missing bonus tracks on the complete Leonard Cohen studio albums box are from his first three albums. It's only a handful of tracks, Cohen didn't leave behind a lot of unreleased studio work suitable for release.

Of course, Cohen released several more studio albums after the box was put out by Sony. So it's not really complete anymore. It's still a fantastic value and one of the best gifts you could give a music fan.

And his later albums that aren't included are also worth picking up. IMHO.

My first copy of Bayou Country arrived badly warped and my replacement just arrived significantly warped as well. I'd recommend staying away unfortunately.

That's ironic, I just received a NM first pressing of this album, from a member's classifieds thread.

Got my replacement Bayou and thankfully it's much better than the first one, only slightly dished but within my limits.
