Although those Klipsch soundbars look really cool. There is just something weird about a classic iconic brand making a relatively cheap modern day add-on component.

Is that PFM cd as bass heavy in your system as it is in mine? I usually don't mind a little bass emphasis but this is just crazy.

    Great music though!

Gotta stay with the times to survive and stay relevant. Not everyone has a massive room for Klipschorns/Cornwalls.

Nice shot! Do any of your neighbors complain when you turn it up?

Yes but just once so far. I may have been blasting some bluegrass with the windows open after 10 on a Monday night.

Not fans of Bluegrass how can that be? Don't tell me they don't like singers like Alison Krauss or bands like Sweet Sunny South.

Different type of adjustment, but it works lol. Drunk + turntable is a bad mix though...

Bass is definitely heavy on this one, but in a good way. Having a hard time tracking down a nice copy of this on vinyl. Wish it would be reissued already. I'd even take a good digital cut...

They say so, I see what you mean, but I find that adjusting the turntable first then drinking is a good combination while one should never attempt to drink substantially first then do the adjustment.

Yes, would be cool to get a quality vinyl reissue of this Italian prog classic!

Great room! I went to a Jazz Festival in Mobile Al in 1986 and the band tossed records (not far and not hard) into the crowd and it was a Dave Grisman album. Ha:)

Man, I can't mix 'adjustments', instant violent nausea. Made that mistake just once lol.

Much prefer a nice mellow high when I'm listening to tunes anyway...

@SirMarc 's picture and these following comments were the straw that broke the camel’s back. Just ordered a NM first pressing on discogs...

So true. The morning after Ardbeg Day a week or so ago, I woke up and had to check to see if I still had a stylus and cantilever. (I did!)

Apple iPod-HiFi, vintage 2006-7. Not audiophile, but it punches above its weight. It runs on batteries, I had some outdoor parties on it.

Nothing as grand as much displayed here....just posted to show my new acquisition...the Graham Slee Era Gold V phono stage . I could enthuse for eons, but safe to say until I connected this little box of tricks I never thought I would glean anything new from The Beatles album(I think Beatle references are compulsory) but I did. O n the hunt for a good rack at an affordable price and this senior citizen will be a happy boy:)

As lovely as the gear is (and it is lovely), the most impressive thing about this is the lack of dust on the glass shelves. :righton:

What is the mushroom-like thing on top of the Marantz?
