Just to clarify, this is not what Page classifies as the "unreleased" audio coming later this year correct?

That is a lot of TSRTS. Always liked it, but not sure if such a massive deluxe set is necessary or essential.

The concerning thing is that it is scheduled for a fall 2018 release. Will Atlantic really release another deluxe set of Led Zeppelin material around the same time, or just a couple of months later? Is the rumored 50th Anniversary release containing unreleased live material in jeopardy?

Doubt it is part of the regular soundtrack. Perhaps an extra on DVD 2?

Why does the vinyl have heartbreaker as the last track? Doesn't heartbreaker lead right into whole lotta love

I have my doubts also. Why Page insisted the cd version should mirror the movie edit was/is questionable in my opinion. Just give us the song unedited on the cd; it is a better listening experience.

I have probably listened to my original CD three times max in the last 10 years. Just looking at this makes me want to play it again.

"In addition, the BD-Audio package will add in video performances of four songs not featured in the film (“Celebration Day”, “Over The Hills and Far Away”, “Misty Mountain Hop”, “The Ocean”)."
These songs never showed up on the re-release?

I saw this coming after HTWWW. Honestly I think you are right, the 50th release will be postponed because of this.
This is a September release, just as JP said the anniversary would be starting in September.:eek::realmad::doh::doh:

I love Zeppelin...love, love, love them. But I'm really not sure we need this, especially if it means we won't be getting any "new" live stuff this year, like for instance: A complete Earls Court show from 1975, or one of the LA Forum shows from 1977.

  18. I’m in for the super deluxe and BR-A. :agree:

Am I missing a listing for just the CD? I am in for the BD for sure. Don't need vinyl or no stinking DVDs.

Had to be done, that's understandable, but, we should be getting new gigs, especially for such a noteworthy anniversary.

Is there anything here not covered in a previous release? How many (more) times are they going to put this out there?

This looks like a remaster of the vandalized version. Do not want.

Why do they include DVDs instead of Blu Ray discs in the super deluxe version?

I wonder if the film is the same version that was released back in 2007 (or whenever it was last released)?

Definitely getting this. Essential Zep live material. However the blurb talks about original release yet this all points to it being the remastered version with all sorts of tinkering.

Give me the original No Quarter in the 1976 album any day.
