It seemed to me like he retired from acting when I saw him interviewed living in New Orleans, but no idea if he has done any movies since then. Maybe bring him back when they make the 2nd part for 'IT' next year to play Ritchey Tozier again where the story will move the plot to the Adults fighting Pennywise-my last Halloween Costume when I was in Grad School at UCLA and USC and the year at USC, some grade school kids were on campus and as they were walking towards me(I had helium balloons from the bookstore to carry around), they saw the fangs I had for teeth and ran in the other direction. Hopefully, those kids were not psychologically messed up when they got older, but I had no idea why grade school kids were on a college campus. I took 2nd place both years in the Costume Contest at both UCLA & USC. I had the Pennywise Voice down(from Tim Curry in the Original Movie), and that scared an undergraduate student as she was my assistant when I took a full time job on campus as a graduate student to get free tuition.

I checked out the Trailor. Being a Science and Agnostic myself looks interesting.
Good to see Harry Anderson at least doing some acting again.
'Dogma' is my favorite comedy of all time. Can't beat Jay & Silent Bob as Prophets and Chris Rock as the 13th Apostle in that movie.

I loved Night Court... a year or two ago I saw it on one of the retro-rerun channels for awhile (LAFF, Cozi, or Antenna TV, I can't remember which) and it was still funny (and quotable) as ever.

Has anyone noticed that LAFF have been crunching credits for Night Court?

Is it still on Laff? If so I will have to see if I still get that channel. My cable system changed a bunch of stuff around at the start of the year and I haven't looked for it in a while...

Is that more-or-less the sole filming location for the series? Wouldn't surprise me, as I've always doubted the existence of any sort of "studio audience" for the show.

It's hard to read, but this plaque includes the listing of "Night Court, 1985-1992."

The pilot aired Jan. 4, 1984, so this must have been for a very early episode. So, were the first two seasons maybe taped at ABC????

Night Court's 1st season taped at ABC TV Center in Hollywood.. For it's 2nd season, starting in the fall of 1984, it had moved to Warner Bros. Studios Stage 9 in Burbank. It continued at Warner's for the rest of the series run. I, and the sound crew I worked with worked all the Warner Bros. taped episodes until the series ended in May, 1992. That was a good run and very sad to say goodbye to all the Night Court folks in front and behind the cameras.

Did you meet any cast members?

Working on set for 8 seasons as a sound boom operator I worked w/all the cast members at every taping. And to answer a previous question, yes, there was a studio audience for almost every episode.

I wish I could ask you a whole bunch of questions, but don’t want to overwhelm you with too much of them.

Mikaela, Go ahead and ask 2 or 3 of your most pressing questions and I'll try to answer them. Understand it's been many years and dozens of other shows so my memory may be a bit fuzzy. I tried to post a cast & crew photo but couldn't figure out how to achieve this. Tried to convert a photo I have in my file to url?
