    Bruce - Jaws
    Death Vader
    Alisdair Stewart - The Piano
    T1000
    Xenomorph
    Percy - The Green Mile
    Phillip Vandamm - NxNW
BOB - Fire Walk With Me
    Biff Tannen
    Agent Smith

The top two are the most sinister. All it takes is a musical theme, and their presence is palpable. I like that concept quite a bit.

There are far more hanious villains. Even in the movies from above. Their selections were made, because of their ability to boil my blood. There’s a sense of helplessness for the protagonists when these characters appear on screen, and their actions are truly thwarting.

Many antagonists in films are misguided individuals. The kind of people traveling down the wrong path. The most frightening villain is one who operates out of complete malice. There isn’t a universe where these characters could possibly be good.
