I could not agree more. I played the whole album early this morning before I saw this thread. She is an excellent singer and Glenn Prangnell and Groovy Uncle deliver with the musical goods. I'd have to think a lot of members here would like all that stuff.

It’s not my most favorite pop song, but this has it all. Catchy hooks and a key change!

Yes, I would think so. "Girl From The Neck Down" sounds like it would have fit right nicely on "Rubber Soul".

Yup, it would have. The little guitar break / solo sounds very Beatles-like.

Great choice. Excellent song! So many perfect pop songs on it. So, why not, here's one more.

Yes, I dig them too. Just like Suzi, I first heard their music a bunch of years ago on Underground Garage.

I honestly don't know and I don't mean this to be sarcastic in the least, but if there is such a thing as a "perfect" pop song, it's probably not going to register as well with me as well as a lot of other stuff. I always like at least just a touch of grit in a good song. I think that why I like Paul Westerberg's "power pop" stuff. There's always a nice dash of grit thrown in the mix.
