Yes I've used them both too. I think Rarewaves seal vinyl in a weird corrugated mailer glued around the edge that is a bit of a worry. I think as you rightly say, All Your Music do a great job. After spending 20 years living in Sydney I think I've pretty much used most of the online sellers at one time or another. I used to like buying from Amazon UK as it seemed like 20% discount after the VAT came off. Australia had a $1000 limit before any duty was payable!!! That's ALL changed now in Oz with GST being collected and a local Oz Amazon. I better not get too sidetracked else all this will be deleted anyway for going off-topic!!!

I ordered something from All Your Music on the Italian Amazon site, and it was posted from the UK. Everything was the same as ordering through the UK site.

The 4 CD 'The Best Of The Island Years' by John Martyn is down to 15.99:

This is all unreleased stuff culled from the excellent 17 CD + 1 DVD set -- that is now OOP, so this should help some of you fill in a few gaps if you didn't manage to get the big enchilada!

I had that big box set ordered on an amazon deal for about £30 that they cancelled as mispriced

Think I’ll order that 4 cd set at that price , thanks for the tip

    Bummer!

I didn't get it that cheaply, but did manage to get a good price very close to the Christmas after it was released. There was also a giveaway by one of the UK digital music sites some time ago. It was all mp3 versions, but they sold the entire contents of the box for something like 5 pounds (?). My best friend in the UK managed to get the files at that low, low price.

[Edit] - I see that I got the big box for 106 pounds shipped to the US back in Dec. 2013. Worth every penny!

Yeah, and you can add the Family box to that list. I missed on both Family and Sandy Denny (which I was holding off from ordering until Xmas, but then they all sold). Best not to dither! :)

Ordered - thanks for the link - been after this one at a decent price for ages. Does anyone know if there is much overlap between the tracks on here and the “Ain’t No Saint” box?

I'm tempted to say none. Credits on Ain't No Saint are quite limited.

Head And Heart could be the same, but times are very different between the two listings (I'd have to play to confirm). Other than that, all different versions for sure!

  12. I've had no problem ordering from Rarewaves, albeit I only order CDs.

The Real Johnny Cash compilation is particularly good. It’s basically his first four or five Columbia albums with some extra tracks.

I think this is just a single LP (it's under 35 minutes) and the Amazon listing is incorrect. If you look it up on Discogs all the entries for this album indicate a single LP (there were a number of coloured variants). Not a bad price though.
