I guess these things make enough money to make it worthwhile? They also had (on Hallmark, at least) a "Christmas in July" (or something like that) run just a few months ago. Seems like they are beating this stuff into the ground.

It's a network founded by a greeting card company. What do you expect??

Here it is the crap 'W'('w' for women, weddings, or whatever) network. I don't watch it at home but it's hard to avoid at work.

My girlfriend is a Hallmark Christmas movie junkie. I don't mind them at Christmas only I'm inundated with them for 2 months. :help:

  13. Since pretty much every other channel mostly avoids airing Christmas movies or even specials anymore, I'm fine with Hallmark and the like going all-in on Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Network shows barely even have Christmas episodes anymore.

It's become what it is, unfortunately and will likely become the "new norm" pretty soon...

Yes! I admit to occasionally tuning in, but never longer then around 15 minutes, except when I saw this woman who played a psycho on Person of Interest playing a sad lonely <rich> girl who *almost* loses the man of her dreams (and, oh yea, he has a young daughter, his wife died). Really a change of pace

......and with the last showing of Last Vermont Christmas just wrapped up two minutes ago, it's back to Hart to Hart reruns on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries. Christmas on TV is officially over for 2018!

I was actually watching this yesterday, and saw something coming up called Winterfest.
