Also Slow Crush have an ep that they still have for sale too, on their bandcamp page. Down to the last few vinyl copies. Also recommend.

Music’s pretty good. The album art looks like a “boys” back-to-school homework folder from Wal-Mart. But, it’s about the riffs, which are hallucination-inducing. Vocals are quality, too.

Thanks for the reminder about this band. I intended to go buy the LP after hearing it upthread. I just went to bandcamp and purchased what says is the last remaining copy of the EP, and the black/purple LP, which it says there are less than 10 left.... Hurry y'all!

Finally got around to spinning mine today and it does not disappoint, sounds great too. I am also awaiting the arrival of Maisha There Is A Place released on Brownswood today. Nubya Garcia appears on this one as well and it should a more spiritual bent to it. There Is A Place, by Maisha

Also, I need to echo all the praise for Kurt Vile's Bottle It In. I think it's the best album he's released, Wakin being my second favorite. There are some really great drones on it that have a tendency to get trapped in my head. Long run times suit his music well.

This to me feels like the most timeless masterpiece song recording of ‘18 that will be cherished for centuries.

I am enjoying this...listening to the first disc, right now.
While listening to this, aside from the main vocals being mostly of a punk/hardcore styling I don't feel this album is really a hardcore/punk album.( which is how I believe that F'd Up is normally perceived)
I hear a sophisticated modern rock band.
    I second @ralphb 's praise.

May I just say how much I enjoy it when people show up once in this thread, say “Egypt Station” and run away again?

    Really adds something.

    Liquid Geometries (DiN57), by Bluetech

“Liquid Geometries” sees him exploring shifting, fractal landscapes of melodic, sequenced lines using a huge range of analogue modular synthesisers. With a distinct nod to the Berlin School masters of the past he upgrades that musical heritage with nine shimmering soundscapes utilising modern production techniques to create beautiful tapestries of sound.”
