Would it be safe to say that "The Nutty Professor" is Jerry's masterpeice? Perhaps "The Bellboy" would come close...but nothing beats the full effect of "The Nutty Professor" to me...a great story all around.

I saw "Hardly Working" when it opened in 1981 and I walked out after 30 minutes.

It was hard to pick just five, as, looking at everyone else's lists, there are at least five more that I like as much as the ones I listed.

CRACKING UP isn't solid, but there are moments in it that I really like, such as the restaurant scene and the whole Jolly "Fats" Weehawkin airline sequence. And the swami putting himself into a trance before surgery. And Dick Butkus as the smoking cessation counsellor.

    The one with Raymond Burr.
And the one with Janet Leigh springs to mind.

YOU'RE NEVER TOO YOUNG and LIVING IT UP, I believe.

Two goodies. Jerry conducting Dean and the chorus in YOUNG is a great bit.

I have a few great original pieces from the marketing of those two films.

Sitting next to me right now is a great "insert" for "You're Never Too Young" with Jerry, being held by Dean (a fairly typical schtick Dean and Jerry would do in movies and off). Like this attached poster image, but elongated. NM.

Most of the lobby cards, (one image attached).

And at least one lobby from "Living it Up" with Dean, Jerry, and Janet hopping in the air.

I have so many Jerry original release Jerry pieces its crazy. Sitting right in front of me right now, begging to finally being hung up is an original one sheet for "Don't Give Up the Ship".

Gotta a lot of Jerry marketing material. A lot. From "Irma" and beyond.

Since we're mentioning the best Jerry films, has anyone mentioned, "Artists and Models" yet?

    Jeff
