I'll have to look. The labels are brownish.

  2. I would be curious about more details as well. The album was recorded in both the US and the UK. The UK Fly pressing sounds awesome... But, did it come from the same master tape as the US Reprise pressing? Or were the tapes in the UK? Or tapes in the US? The note on discogs mentions "from the ORIGINAL analog master". The wording here makes me think that the master was in the US... Or maybe not...

However, Rhino states in their original press release that "all" Rocktober titles are limited.

What's the story on the VU's "Loaded" reissue in this series?

For those looking for mail order, you can also get it for $22.99 from Satellite Records in Kalamazoo, MI. I placed an order via discogs earlier today with the latest Mazzy Star reissue for free shipping, and asked for version confirmation on both, though I don't know how many copies they have in stock, probably not many ...

I think that might be how the recording is. It’s been about 10 years since I played my UK and US to compare. I love this album but kinda burnt out on it.

I've only the Reprise LP and the CD which has an error (on Lean Woman Blues ?) . Would anyone be able to describe the differences between the Fly original and the US Reprise? Are they subtle?

I've found threads that discuss the various CDs but not the LPs.

    Thanks in advance.

  18. Definitely! I got the John Prine reissue from the store earlier this year.

I'd love a copy of this - but getting a copy over to the UK is going to be tricky if this is for the US market only...

Some of the recent Rhino "Summer Of Love" re-issues made it here as they were also pressed in the EU (except for Dusty In Memphis annoyingly) so it would be great to get an EU version of this cut by Kevin Gray - unlikely though...
