Mine was supposed to come this way but the corner protectors apparently came off during shipping so the records were scattered in the box. No damage so it’s fine but…nice try I guess?

yep, my 4 came today in a generic box with one piece of paper and 4 loose Styrofoam corner piece things - records were thrown around inside but very luckily no damage. Certainly nothing close to a "mailer" here

Based on my experience and what some others have said here, it seems like there is still an inconsistency in the packaging of these releases. Mine were in an oversized ULine box with no protection other than just a bit of brown crepe paper....

Coltrane Ole #1376 is in the house. Spinning it right now and it sounds good to these ears. The only other copy I own is the original Atlantic CD. I am disappointed in the packaging though. The booklet in my copy has what looks like water damage...
