James Spader elevated this show to new levels!

That's actually why I began watching - Mrs DC hyped me up on the Spader role and rather than just start there we went right back to the beginning. I'm not liking this season 7 much though - maybe they knew it was time to change things up a bit.

Deadbeat on Hulu. Kinda stoner TV. It's funny.

Just finished the first series of Prime Suspect and the third season of Downton Abbey on Netflix. Good stuff.

Just started on season 1 of The Good Wife.
    Game of Thrones latest
    Mad Men latest
    Vikings latest
    Resurrection latest
Just finished The Blacklist season 1 which just got better and better IMHO, from a rather cheesy start.

absolutely hooked on repeats of Sons & Daughters. the 80's were without peer for unintentionally comical soaps

Really enjoyed True Detective. Sure there's some fairly hammy performances but I just generally liked the feel of the show.

We watched the last episode of season one of Rake last night. I really enjoy this Australian series. I heard of it here on SH.tv. Great show. It's odd hearing Dewey Crowe with an Aussie accent though!

Almost finished but I don't get why it gets compared to Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Jekyll (BBC 2007) - Entertaining Steven Moffat mini-series with an unfortunately lackluster finale, but still a fun ride most of the way.

Spicks and Specks (needs better guests)
The Agony of Life (not good)
The Wrong Mans (excellent English North by Northwest spoof)
Law & Order SVU(good plot dumbed down with stoopid twist ending)
Rockwiz (really funny. Stephen Cummings had to be reminded what he wrote in his autobiography)
Murder in Paradise (the biggest guest star is ALWAYS the murderer)

    All on tape.

We just finished off the last couple of episodes of True Detective.
It sure changed tone towards the end.
IMO the story didn't hold together all that well, holes all over place.
The show was more about the characters and their relationship.
I found the whole think overdrawn, overrated.

The Good Wife (Xmas Show) Really, really bad. The attitude to sex in this ep was like Porkies or American Pie. No way would you risk your liberty at the hands of these people. As soon as the female cop pulled up the investigator you knew the next shot they were going to be in bed. Can it get any worse?

Started S4 of Lost and S8 of The Practice, also watched Blacklist and The Following this week - I keep watching but I want The Following to end, and if they pull another "killed in the last episode, but really still alive again next season" then I'm done with that one too. Mrs DC watched Bones this week and I was in the room but found the solitaire game on my phone more engaging.
