I had questions about the releases THE GREAT LOST HITS, COMPLETE UNITED ARTISTS SOLO SINGLES and MR COUNTRY AND WESTERN.

how is the sound quality of these releases? are any of them in digipaks or are they all in jewel cases?

No, Don't know. I mainly rely on old original UA 45 and LP discs.

"The Great Lost Hits" is a Time-Life compilation of Jones' Musicor sides. Sounds fine. A little more reasonable than the two Bear Family multi-disc sets. Essential.

I haven't heard the other two.

thank you. i can't really afford the bear family sets right now. btw i think its a bit of a joke time-life released a 1 cd version as well that is pretty much re-recorded versions of prior hits

I have The Great Lost Hits and the sound is great, especially for the price. It's in a jewel case.
