For CAKE fans -- RSD boxed set news

Same here. Guess it's just a waiting game at this point. Hopefully for $35 shipping it will ship quickly.

 

Why do I feel that their UPS guy is going to bust out crying when he sees the pile of heavy boxes the next couple of days :lol:

 

yeah I know, they could have shipped via USPS Media with tracking for much cheaper.....

 

for 35 bucks it should ship overnight! it's not THAT heavy..

 

they told me its shipping via "priority mail" that's all I know...

 

Shipping & Handling, boxes, packing and employees to stuff them ain't free. Priority mail ain't cheap either.

 

Official email just went out and yes, they're pointing to the Connextion website. The band's email also says:

Umm..... yeahhhhhh.....

 

I'd have know that if I'd have gotten an email.

 

Ordered. The previously discussed link was the same as the one in the e-mail I just received, so everyone looks to be safe and sound.

 

Again, if they're being so precious about this set, why did they make it a super limited RSD release that would be huge bait for eBay flippers?

Woohoo, ordered!! $70 shipping to the UK but I can live with that. For once in my life I have been rewarded for showing patience. Its been a rather strange way of handling this release. Bloody RSD

 

I'm not sure why it was so limited. Obviously people really want this set. Perhaps they will do a regular black vinyl release later on.

 

I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet but my order went through and I got a confirmation number when I completed the order.

 

Geez. Just got the email and it's already sold out.

 

Mine's marked ready to ship. I figured there couldn't be that many more pressed. Hope everyone got one before they sold out, again. Also hope they have some extras for anyone that has issues.
