Do you happen to know if they charge your card upon ordering or do they wait until it ships?

 

The charge you right away. I would order with them, but last time it was a pain the the you know what. They charged me twice, then cancelled my order because they don't take international credit cards and i had to wait 10 days for the charges to be put back into my cc. No way i'm going through them again even if i save $$$,.

Actually some items like Rubber Soul have gone up on Amazon.

 

I guess it's a lot more expensive if you use the CAVALIERS coupon.

Yes I got that too (for the Beatles mono box) but I tried a few other items. Some worked and some didn't. Its a bit hit and miss.

 

JAPANESE box at Amazon has gone UP to ¥45,450. Big Jump. I hope a few people locked in that much lower price?

 

Missed it by that much.

Oh well. I still have my Bullmoose order and will keep my eyes open for another coupon for DD.

 

Yes I did using the import tax deposit option (thanks for the hint in the main thread!!!).
Although it seems a bit obscene to have records pressed in Germany delivered back to Germany via Japan ... and that coming out ~ 45 Euros cheaper than amazon.it and even > 100 Euros cheaper than amazon.de.

That is not the USD chart. It is the GBP chart again. I see the USD chart at the link you posted in post #263, but when I choose "Embed Chart", the URL it shows is for a chart in EUR. So I get this:

Why not just order from Elusive Disc, or one of many of the other vendors offering this box for a much lower price than Amazon? Why is it so important that you give your money to Amazon?
