Anybody seen or heard about the reissue or whatever of their first compilation album? Yeah, I know about the RL pressings and they are great...

You mean the new Universal Back To Black? I picked this up last week. Sounds okay, if a bit laid back. Very clean GZ pressings here.

  3. Have they improved on their quality? I ask, because the ones I bought when they started that B2B campaign a few years back were freagin' horrible. I sold most of them.

I find the pressings in recent years to be quieter than say 4-5 years ago, yes. For SQ/sources it's still case by case I think.

  5. Good to hear as the old ones were very noisy. Maybe I'll take another chance. Thanks for your input! :)

I guess I mean that...it says by Virgin on the acoustic sounds site.

That looks like the one (certainly priced as an import there), though Virgin's not really correct.

Can't compare with an RL, but I'm happy with it (paid only €19,99 here locally).

Are there any Steely Dan comps or other CDs that include any of the live single B-sides?
