Official "Recent Movies to Avoid" Thread

Don't see Ping Pong Summer. The trailer was cool and showed a 80's coming-of-age indie comedy with ping-pong, old school hip-hop, and break dancing. It is terrible. No laughs. Unrealistic plot line. The worst child actors I have ever seen. I can't believe I watched the whole movie. It's like a really long horrible episode of "The Goldbergs" except with no jokes and bad child actors.

 

I agree with your appraisal of "PPS". It's just a melange of 80s genre bits 'n' pieces in search of story/characters...
