    Given that BIABH, H61R and BOB were recorded inside 15 months from Jan 65-Mar 66...I'd say no.

    A real purple patch of individual creativity.

    I don't know if some of you are aware of Argentine rock, but I anyway I will mention an absolutely flawless trilogy: the three albums released by Invisible, a group lead by Luis Alberto Spinetta.
    Invisible (1974), Durazno sangrando (1975), El jardín de los presentes (1976).
    Look for them, you won't regret it.

    All Steely Dan's albums are worth checking out, but The Royal Scam - Aja - Gaucho is their best sequence of albums IMO. An exceedingly high standard of songwriting, playing and production. A lot of people would do it as Katy Lied - The Royal Scam - Aja but I have always preferred Gaucho to Katy Lied.
