New ebay problems

You can no longer contact customer service through email. You are now condemned to wait for hours on the phone to talk to someone.The email option on contacting customer service is gone, or at the very least, I cannot find it.

 

I've never had to wait on the phone more than a minute or two. Usually they pick right up.

 

I'm talking about the wait after the computer is done with you, and you finally go into the never ending que to get to a human in India.

 

When was the last time you called them? As I said, I've never had to wait.

 

It is definitely more frustrating, but you're really exaggerating the facts. Imagine the millions of users they have. They have a very intuitive Help section that if you attempt to use, they will direct you appropriately.

Oh yeah, it's not always someone in India either. I've spoken to customer service reps that have almost the same vernacular as me.
