Love Can Make You Happy by Mercy and I Can't Quit Her/For Emily Wherever I may Find Her by the Arbors. Two great obscure songs from the 60s.

Not by me, no! I put it in as it wasn't a hit in every territory and I thought it would give people a chance to listen to this fine song.

I always thought Collective Soul's Shine stole this melody a bit.

    Also Symphony For Susan.

I have been going through my 45s and doing needle drops of mono, 45 only, b sides and things I didn't have on CD and have discovered and rediscovered some gems.

    The Clique - Superman
The Tokens/Gene Pitney - She Let's Her Hair Down
Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich - Legend of Xanadu etc

I know what you mean. Never forgotten with a certain age group here in Australia, but anyone younger? Forget it!

Well, I know it wasn't a hit in America, for one, so I hope those who come across it on this thread will enjoy it. Young or old! Probably old!

I think I'd choose Only You Can as the best Fox single, though.

I have all three Fox albums and there are some great tracks. I tell people they are like Kate Bush meets Roxy Music?? S~s~single Bed is really nothing like all their other stuff.

The first album was a big hit, but the other 2 didn't do much. My preference is for the debut album. I still play that one fairly regularly.
