Sellers Who Consistently Deliver Your Online Pre-Orders On or Before the Actual Release Date?

    Amazon, if you're a Prime member.
    Bull Moose, the day after at the latest. They ship First Class and Priority.

    Since January, I've dismissed everyone except Amazon, Bull Moose, and Barnes & Noble.

    I was disappointed on cost of shipping, speed of shipping, and poor packing, and poor shipping materials used. Those 3 above still treat me as I deserve to be treated, as a paying customer.
