I've noticed that too. I'm waiting to see if the price of the LA Forum set goes down, but I can't wait too long......

I think it's actually just an amazon pricing error on the Hampton set. There was a lot of confusion about formats and what's in each package after the announcement of these titles and I honestly think the amazon Hampton pricing reflects that. importcds or blowitoutahere seem to be the way to go for the '75 set.

I think DeepDiscount has the best price on the 1975 LA Forum set. That's where I got mine.
Bear in mind that Best Buy will price match, and I picked up my Hampton '81 set there for
about $16 after tax. The cheapest way to get these, I think, would be to go to your local Best Buy
and have them price match the '81 Hampton set from Amazon, and the '75 LA Forum set from DeepDiscount.

I don't mean to be politically incorrect- but now that I know that Billy Preston was gay, his dancing , especially with Jagger (and even his outfit) , takes on a different resonance. If anything, he reminded me of the women who used to "get the spirit" in my Grandmother's church back in the day

I didn't know Billy Preston was gay either, but he was great. He did have "the spirit" too, which is probably why so many wanted him.

What was the last "Vault" live show with Mick Taylor. I really don't care for Ron Wood era Stones.

The only download vault show with Mick Taylor was Brussels Affair '73. However, they did finally officially release the dvd of Ladies And Gentlemen The Rolling Stones from the 1972 tour which features Mick Taylor.

Brussels Affair from '73 is out on a box set with vinyl. $750.00 I think is the price. Glad you like the Taylor era. Mick will be thrilled too.

There is a new (last year) 2disc set containing a CD of the full Marquee rehearsal and a DVD of the Marquee show that was recently re- broadcast on French? TV. The rebroadcast is a nice upgrade from prior boot DVDs/ VHS. The DVD also includes the older versions of the show.
