Did an ebay seller really get $85,000 for a Rio MP3 player?

Please tell me it isn't so...

Doing a little research... His original price was $95,000 and he had been selling it since around 2012. If you check out his other offerings, he "spins" everything as museum pieces and over prices just about everything.

Not a chance the sale is legit.

I was going to sell my Rio Karma on eBay a few years ago. The last time I had used it the battery didn't hold a charge and the case had a crack but it worked if it was plugged in. I found an AC adapter (not original) and plugged it in to see if it still booted. I powered it up and some smoke came out. Looks like my money literally went up in smoke.
