I wanted to post "Finger Lickin' Good", but couldn't find a clip. But this one is fun as well.

Search it up on Youtube. It has that jazzy sound that you would probably enjoy.:)

Music is all inherently subjective so this debate will never end, but - for what it's worth, Eminem is definitely not a strong contender lol

This is all literally true and not at all hyperbole and makes complete sense (if you're a racist)

Biggie, Nas, Jadakiss, and any number of emcees who appeared on The Game's "One Blood" remix. What was the question again?

This is one of my favorite songs. Such a fitting beat and every time I hear it I catch something new in the lyrical onslaught

This track by The Game is pretty good...he comes in around the 1 minute mark...til then it's 50.

  18. No. This is nothing like good old-school rap. This is awful, and it's just as awful as when you posted it a couple of months ago as a supposed example of rap that fogies should be able to appreciate. This comes closer to the "flow" style than it does anything by Chuck D or the Beasties.

Though I don't think Peter Fox is a great rapper, his lyrics are intelligent and I like the music a lot.

I actually do like The Game I just don't put him near the top. He goes great with a Dre beat.

Sounds much better than anything I've heard by PE and The Beastie Boys. PE has a great message but that's about it.

I'll give him credit for trying to do his own thing and his rhyming ability. That doesn't mean I want to listen to his music though. I've never been a fan at all, though I can see why some people are.

As far as GOAT status goes, I just don't believe there is one. I like different MCs for different reasons, just as I like different types of music to suit my mood at the time.

  25. I don't think there is any rapper, post-1995 that can be ranked as a top-tier MC.
